You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt our bookings, or use it in any way that could harm us or other anglers.
Every fishing expedition is defined in a written proposal or trip agreement. That document sets out the location, dates, pricing, and takes precedence over any general information shown on this website.
Fees, scheduling and invoice terms are agreed in your trip contract. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period noted on each invoice.
Ownership of catch photos and trip reports transfers to you once payment is settled. We may feature completed trips in our portfolio unless you agree otherwise in writing.
We take great care planning every outing, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the trip in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
